Bad hospital Service

Good Day.

My son went for an operation on the 17 aug every month i call suikerbos rand hospital in Heidelberg, and they are not summiting the claim to the medical aid to pay as im on bonitas and they use denis for any dental, I need this sorted out ASAP.
