Bad customer service

Brought my baby to the hospital around 5:00am on Sunday the 10 June 2018 and we did a CT Scan at 6:00, no one came back to us with the feedback or atleast reporting to us on the progress of the results, and now it's 8:53am and we are still awaiting the feedback and we have not been attended.
