Bad casualty and overcharging

I have had experiences of being over charged for casualty fees from carstenhof hospital. When you submit claims to medical aid they get rejected or paid according to proper tarrifs so the patient is left with a balance, due to overpriced charges. Also the delay of patients not receiving hospital accounts makes it so difficult to reclaim from medical aid.
