Bad Attitute by nursing staff

I am most appaled by the terrible attitute the nursing staff in ward 7 has towards my mother who's currently in ward 7 after her back op on wednesday. They are not assisting at all. My mother can't currently move. On wednesday nursing staff was fighting in front of her whose going to move her bed. Then this morning her breakfast was put down. She couldn't eat not can we assist you she has to lie down but there is no assistance. The attitute of these nurses are shocking. This needs to be adressed a s a p please otherwise people in crtitical condition might end up dying. Also was asked to bring coffee and tea and nothing arrived. She is in WARD 7
