Bad attitude from one of the staff

I was admitted to the life health care centre in mthatha(St mary's). On arrival I went for registration at the reception then a gentlemen took me to the ward, I stayed there for about 15min with no one attending me, I finally asked the person who I was with to find help,he came back with a nurse and she told me to take clothes off n wear the patient's uniform n i did as instructed then he checked the baby's heart beat while asking me what brought me here. She never introduced herself n she never mentioned that she's my nurse. My sister came to drop my pregnancy supplements n she asked for permission at the reception, the nurse who was helping me shouted at her without asking why is giving me those pills an not even a chance to explain, and she's got a stinking attitude she can't communicate with patients, she's just a disgrace in the hospital that doesn't know her profession. Like as my nurse I expected her to give me dos and don't of the place and make me aware of everything about my stay. She failed dismal in knowing her duties. I am so disappointed with their service Life Beacon Bay do a way better job than this, they should learn from them.
