Bad Attitude from Hospital staff

Wanted to visit my aunt in ICU. But when entering ICU unit ICU nurse was unhelpful and unfriendly. And had a bad attitude. Just because I was not aware of the visiting hours. Even though people were already entering and visiting their family members. Just wander if she can treat me like that how is she treating and taking of the ICU members. Bad service!
