Awful casualty experience

Yesterday I Went in with my husband who cut his fingers and was in need of some stitches. Castenhof is a private hospital so we went in expecting better service It was a God awful experience 1. We walked in at 6pm my husband fingers bleeding profusely 2.We where finally seen by a Dr by 11 pm . 3. The nurses where laid back and were of no help 4. There was only one Dr on call

Goodness sake government hospitals would have attended to us in the same period . The service was atrocious and not acceptable !!!!
