Awesome Service From Recklin Joseph Brenthurst Hospital

Brought my mom into their ER on the 18.02.2020 around 17pm. 2Reception ladies advised that our medical aid is not part of their hospital plan. To my surprise, when I asked for their assistance to check which Life Healthcare Hospital accepted the medical aid, I got a flat 'we don't know' response. At that point I was boiling with disgust and anger when the porter, Ricklin Joseph, stepped in swiftly and asked for the medical aid card. He made a couple of calls and came back to tell me that my mom will be assisted at Life Milpark Hospital. It was not in his place but he assisted me, that is what I call going the extra mile. Ricklin Joseph deserves to be behind that ER desk instead of those rude ladies.
