Awe full life health care experience

I was admitted in hospital on Saturday I hadn’t slept for days since I’d been vomiting for about two weeks. The first night they took history and I I suffer from major depressive disorder which I take medication to sleep. The first night they gave me stilnox 12 Mr which doesn’t work on me I take it with olawin. I was still battling to sleep I spoke to the sister who kept on saying she’s coming back. Then when I could not take the pain anymore because guess what in hospital you sleep with the light on. I rang a bell again and ananius came I begged him for some thing because I was in pain that was at one o clock in the the morning he said the can’t do anything because they are scared to call the doctors at that time the sister had not come yet to speak to me. At about 3 I rang the bell again and ananius and sister came and they told me they are too scared to call the doctor. When the sister left then ananius said I must tell the doctor at least he can right some thing on the script. And I asked him to close the curtain in my cubicle as not sleeping and the light hitting my eyes made the headache worse, he did that. The doctors came and every doctor I saw I asked and all of them promised to write something, doctor Naidoo even joked that they can’t knock me down during the day, I spent the rest of the day in pain and not have slept with the curtain closed. The night stuff came and around nine I asked for the thing to sleep they still gave me the stilnox and I asked what happened with the one the doctor wrote ananius said nothing was written then I said they now have to call them cause I am not gonna spend another night sitting in pain and doing nothing they still refused to call the two doctors and ask what they could give as they wrote nothing for me, ananius went to say I was lying and continued arguing with me in an aggressive tone and another nurse came in, I don’t know her name cause I could’nt see it all I can say it’s the one that had a lot of ****les who went and said everything and saying ananius was write and they we actually making fun of me. I was angry at that moment because who where making fun of of me and treating like I was an idiot. I requested to to go home via Uber and get my medication there and sleep and I would be in a dark room and more comfortable and at that point the night I was angry because I was getting help, the ****le lady or in called her the parrot kept on running out to tell them what I was saying . Anouther stuff nurse ,she ran out and said don’t write anything because I would write it in the cards or repuort them. I don’t know what they were writing she’ll report us. When she came back to my room I told she worried about the wrong thing because the problem has gone beyond repotting because I will report. After that they sat at the duty station and made so much noise paging through paper and laughing, After all this I decided to freshen up when I got out of the bathroom ananius came in and noisily to say bye to her patience he spoke to the girl and the grant sleeping next to me saying you are going home my sweeties you must take care of yourselves, then walked out the two ladies were both white I know ****** is a sensitive issue but he blatantly showed it, even in small requests that they made and helped . The next day my sister asked why I looked like that like some some one was hitting me I told her I was never helped with my thing to sleeping, a complaint is also coming from her because nursing council doesn’t allow such Finally the sister phoned the night matron who called the casualty doctor who said the can give me something. I finally slept. I don’t know what they said in their meeting but I don’t know what they said in the morning meeting but I was then moved to the last row out of sight I told them the room was cold they told me they knew the air con is not working so I’m nutshel I was being punished. I asked to be moved in a warmer room at that point the doctor had written something for sleeping I was moved to another room with was warm. When he came back for his shift when he took the Bp he couldn’t even look at me like I was this ugly of-fully smelling thing. I will require ananius to give me a apology letter and I am asking and begging you to send him to Customer service, ****** and reading the actual chart courses so that he can grow up and mature and realize he is dealing with people who are in pain who had a choice between net care and life. The sisters can not prepare medication for two hours and when you ring the bell you keep tell the patient we are still waiting for the sister to prepare

Then the day staff can teach the night staff bed side manner for patience they we a dream they genuinely cared and treated eveyone especially Palesa and the unit manager who said when you speak to a person you look at each other’s eyes so the person you are speaking to so that they can feel the importance of what they are saying and to show how important what you are going to say is important to them.
