Assitance with locating a Dr. and or contact details

<div>I need assistance in locating Dr. ***** (Anesthetist) from Life Fourways. I have failed on numerous attempts via the hospital switchboard to locate contact details to his consulting rooms. I recently received a statement of account from the Dr. following a procedure that I did in June 2020. The amount owing on the statement was a shortfall after the medical aid settled the rest of the bills. On the 29th April I effected payment to the Dr.'s account and realised that I had paid an amount much more than that on the statement. I immediately sent proof of payment and requested a refund to the accounts department whom I had received a statement from. I later received communication that the request for a refund has been forwarded to the Dr. I was not given an undertaking on how long it would take effect my refund as the Dr. is busy and has to authorise payments in person. Following numerous telephonic and email attempts with accounts department I have not had any joy on the matter. The accounts department notifies me that they do not have any direct link and contact details for the doctors that they deal with. I tried to locate the contact number to the consulting rooms on google which could not help as the number that is placed dials into another company. Please assist.</div>
