ARROGANT LANCET LDRIVER

Hi there I would like to express my VERY BAD EXPERIENCE I had yesterday at FLORA LIFE HOSPITAL PARKING LOT. Yesterday I went to collect my wife and new born baby as they were discharged from hospital before 12, upon leaving with my wife and new born baby to my vehicle to take them home we met with very arrogant LANCET DRIVER (REG NO-LW73XCGP) as I was deliberately parked in because he felt like he was trying to PROVE a point, there was a lot of other free parking for him to park his company vehicle but decided to keep me and my family hostage refusing us to leave, this was very unsettling for my wife and new born. If this is the type of treatment we get as patients at your hospital it is very appalling and a disgrace to treat us like this, these are the type of people you keep at your premises harassing me and my family just because of parking, it really is embarrassing to be treated like this from arrogant LANCET staff member. I can only imagine how the other patients are been treated too it is APPALING
