APPAULING LEVEL OF SERVICE

<p>MY GOD, the level of service at the peadiatric ward at St Marys Private Hospital is shocking. I mean back in the day when you were sick and admitted into a private hospital especially St Marys if you were in Mthatha you knew you were in the best of care. I have been here with my infant for two days now, its eithere they are short staffed or there is always an obnoxious nurse who thinks they are doing you a favour whenever the give your baby medication, medication that you pay for. Im not a rude or difficult person but Life Managent needa to address this. There is never a doctor around to tell you what that hell is wrong with your baby. There is one particular nurse whose name is ntombi yamaphi, someone needs to enquire if this woman still wants to work here. She is impatient, she is rude and obnoxious. Im not sure why she thinks we (parents) are here so Ntombie let me educate you, we are here because our children are not feeling well and we would appreciate some sense of sensitivity once in a while as parents from you the nurses not because you can but because it is part of your job. We are here bcoz we want the best level of health care service for our children and not your tshatsharag attitude. U may not understand that the BOD of this Hospital is running a business here and you are not irreplacable. There are a lot of qualified individuals out there who are desperate for work because of a burning desire as well as passionate which oa totally different from what you are obviously here to do: TO GET A PAY CHEQUE EACH AND EVERY MONTH. Now i hope someone reads this review and takes it seriously OTHERWISE I AM GOING TO MAKE SO MUCH NOISE THAT SANE PARENTS WILL THINK TWICE ABOUT USING ST MARYS PAEDS. On a more positive note Big Ups to the male staff, Lord knows this Ntombie woman could learn a thing or two from u guys......</p>
