Appalling Service from Life Chatsmed Hospital
My wife was rushed to the Trauma unit on the morning of the 4th of September to Life Chatsmed Garden Hospital. Upon arrival we were shocked to see that at an emergency unit there was absolutely no rush to assist her. She was having trouble breathing and considered this to be life threatening. The staff at the trauma unit had a no care attitude and came across as we were just another number. The service was so bad that we actually left for another hospital. Whilst at the trauma unit there were several other people complaining along the same lines. Their service was anything but satisfactory. In fact the staff should be restrained cause I believe they have reached a comfort zone. Absolutely Shameful.
