APPALLING service at Bedford Gardens Hospital (Life Healthcare)

Completely and utterly disgusted with the service my family has received thus far at the Life Healthcare Bedford Gardens hospital. In a time of lockdown, communication for the patients family is imperative! However the doctor looking after my dad has done very little to keep my family notified. I am in disbelief with how nonchalant he has been in treating my dad — If this were his family member I highly doubt he'd accept this treatment. It speaks volumes to see that we aren't the only family who has received extremely poor service — this confirmed in the number of complaints I've seen on this website. My family has escalated this complaint to the highest level. Unimpressed to say the least!
