Appalling ER service

My sister went to Life Bayview Hospital,Mosselbay with her 2year old son who was sick with sores in his mouth, crying and sitting there for over 3 hours. Now I understand that ERs are busy, but letting a mother wait there alone with no help with a sick 2 year old is appalling!!!!!Life bayview must up their emergency department, this was totally unacceptable, it is a child, surely they could have just given this single mom some assistance and this poor toddler some relief.surely as a private institution, which one pays heavily for to be assisted can do much much better!
