Appalling and frustrating service delivery
The worst private hospital in the world. My sister got admitted on Tuesday and we still don't know what is wrong with her. No doctor has attended to her today, her drip is empty and uncomfortable. The nurses are of no help as they are clueless and don't have any information pertaining to my sister. It's no different to Baragwanath hospital yet thousands go towards their "private care". Appalling and frustrating service delivery.

08 Jul 2024, 11:25Hi, it was Life the Glynnwood in Benoni. My sister still needs to go to Sunninghill to get her EEG results from Dr Bongani Ngele so we don't understand why we are were not given the results in hospital when my sister was discharged. The doctor hasn't spoken to any of the family members and refuses to speak to us on the phone so that we get clarity. We still don't know what is wrong with my sister as she is still unwell.
