Appalling account management

I was admitted at Fourways life in June 2021 with severe Covid pneumonia. At the time, the doctors used a medication that needed a motivation for Discovery to pay, this has been communicated time over time to the finance department who have done nothing about it. The account has since been handed over the debt collectors and frankly I am tired of being harassed for an issue that should have resolved by the hospital by simply submitting a motivation for the drug. Some lady had even the audacity to tell me to call the doctor like I knew which doctor has ordered the prescription. A call from the hospital following another hello peter review was made and assurances that the issue was to be settled were made but these were empty promises and now I have to deal with debt collectors phoning me even on a Sunday. The way this issue has been handled is beyond unprofessional!!!!! I want my name off your debtors list and I never want to deal with the hospital finance staff again
