Ancron is the worst hospital

While my 3 week old daughter was admitted to hospital due to a UTI that caused a fever of nearly 40 she sustained a chemical burn wound, was left like that for 3 days and we we’re sent home by the staff with no proper advice or guidance on what to do with this other than “If it spreads to her arm you should go to emergencies.” Complete incompetence of the staff. I am extremely unhappy with the hospital which left a scar on my baby’s hand. Nothing has come of the investigation and no effort to try and fix what has been done.
