Admin at Life St Georges absolutely pathetic

Kindly find enclosed a copy of an email that I forwarded to yourselves at the beginning of September as well as other correspondence relating to this issue.

This specific issue has been outstanding since the day that my wife was discharged from the hospital as we had informed them of what we require but to-date this request has just been flatly ignored.

The bold underlined message here below is what I initially forwarded to yourselves but again have not had any response.

Please take note of the content as I do feel strongly about the way that this issue has been handled and specifically how the St Georges have fabricated costs on my wife’s procedure. This account will not be paid as St Georges Hospital are actually needing to refund us for the incorrect charges as stated on their final account.

As you will note, the first notification letter has been sent to my wife requesting that she pay the so-called outstanding balance on her stay in St Georges Hospital however I have news for you. There are possibly a lot of blind folded people that you deal with daily but we are definitely not one of them.

We have requested a detailed statement of costs from yourselves from day one as this is our right and all we get are lame excuses as well as no co-operation whatsoever so I would suggest that someone in management get involved and provide us with what we require because there will be no further payment until our request has been met and we have resolved this issue.

My wife was in your hospital for only 20 hours yet the account is based on a 2 day stay with extras added on for who knows what.

We have been trying to resolve this incorrect billing since the beginning of August without any response from St George`s Hospital yet they send me a letter of final demand.I find it absolutely pathetic.
