ACCOUNTS LIFE HOSPITAL FAILURE

I recieved a sms from Dalview life that I owe them R1 720.13. I knew my Medical Aid paid them. I enquiry with a Lerato Mugumo on 26 April 2023, who requisted proof of payment which I even provided. Even after enquiry in May, I have not revieved confirmation from them that it was corrected in their books that it indeed was paid. Lerato only send me an email on 5 May she referred the matter to the appropriate Credit Controler for allocation, that she will let me know when it is allocated. Today 21 June have I not recieved any conformation.
