ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT WASTE OF TIME

I have been paying towards my account with Life Roseacers Hospital, The accounts department advised me there was 17 outstanding balances which means R5100 (300 x 17) , I have made arrangements to pay this off in 6 month paying R850 per month, then I got a call from Blake which is the hospitals debt collection department they asked me to pay when I did twice in November and once in December (R833), There after I went to the hospital on 14 Feb and there after 18 Feb 2018, My account was blocked which I understood, I was told I needed to pay R3008 cause that was the amount owing including 14 Feb 2018 visit, So I paid the amount in full, I have been EFT payments whihc totaled R2200. So if I am correct I paid R3008 via Debit card + R2200 via EFT + R833 via Blake (EFT) = R6041. How is it possible that now I am still owing the hospital money when I have paid all amounts owing . and the best part is the accounts department refuses to have a look at the Proof of payment and Statement from the hospital and it getting confused about this whole issue. When I speak to the accounts lady Sasha she did not allocate the R833 which I had to pay to Blake yet I made arrangements to pay the amount owing in six months. So were did the R833 get lost then There is R300 that is being held for some reason and they still say I am owing them monies how is this possible, What ever payments they could not find I had emailed the Proof payment but still they did not allocate the funds of R833. So now I want my full R3008 since they cannot do their job and are getting so confused with a small issue, I wonder how they are even doing accounts how many more people are they robbing. I want my Refund done today or I will go to the media regarding this issue
