ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT IS USLESS!

Your accounts department is useless! So invoices, no statements nothing!!! I have sent countless emails to NCR and just falls on deaf hears! My email stated below:

I need a statement please as I am claiming from a 3rd party.

Visit on the 20th July and the visits thereafter for the Verirab injections as I see there has been a claim for each visit. Please send this through asap:

20 July 23 July 27 July 03 Aug

Please only have these as it forms part of the 1 claim to the 3rd party, not my other visits prior.

I need this urgently and no one seems to bother! But when you want the money, you going to harass me!
