The life Healthcare accounts department staff are absolutely ***********. I have called regarding a refund numerous times, when I call back they will deny ever speaking to me. Moira is absolutely rude and as for Adele must learn to be truthful. this is unacceptable. Either hire staff who can do the Job or send the current staff on training.
