Dear Entabeni Accounts and Blake and Associates,

I want to make this unequivocally clear: I have never owed anyone money. At no point did Entabeni send me a formal account, nor did anyone reach out to follow up on this payment. I am appalled by this oversight, as I would have made immediate payment had I been properly invoiced.

In fact, I am certain you did not email me, as Blake Collections did not have my email address and confirmed that you failed to provide them with this information.

Regarding Blake and Associates, I had to call multiple times for clarification, speaking to three different individuals. The first person I spoke to could not even explain what services your company provides without demanding my personal information. You should be well aware of the POPI Act, and it is entirely unreasonable to expect me to disclose sensitive information to someone who cannot clearly state their business.

I am horrified, appalled, and deeply dissatisfied with the service I received from both Entabeni and Blake and Associates. Had this situation been handled appropriately—by sending me my statement via email—I would never have found myself in this position.I would like a formal and written email to be sent to me that payment has been received AND that my personal details have intact been noted on your system.
