Account Paid but Carstenhof refuses to update records 4 years later

<p>I cant explain how frustrated I am with Life Carstenhof hospital:(</p> <p> </p> <p>I had a bill outstanding in 2010. I paid the account in full. I thereafter requested Life Carstenhof to update my records on transunion. Since February 2011, I have been battling non-stop with emailing going back and forth for this to be updated. ITransunion requires a letter directly from the hospital for the update to occur. I have made numerous calls only be to be told "It will be done in a few weeks, a few months. Its not years and it still has not been resolved.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its disgusting really, the take your money but when its turn for them to pull their "weight", its some excuse.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
