Account ****mers and unprofessional healthcare

I had an operation at Vincent Palloti Hospital in February 2023. I receive an account for this procedure in December 2023. The account was never paid by the medical aid because the hospital never ever got approval for the procedure. Just went about doing the surgery without any form of informing me. Now i am expected to sort out the account and the life healthcare offers no help on the matter. Please be careful. These people are ****mers and after money not healthcare.
