Account issues

To Whom it may concern<br> I have asked for the last 9 months for medical aid authorisation page in my medical file in their possession so that I can get Discovery medical aid to pay the account as the authorisation codes are on the form.<br> I had paid the one account & want to settle the second amount but they have decided to hand me over to Mooney Ford Attorneys for monies collection.<br> How difficult is it to submit me with the form - I have asked 20 times & have email correspondence proof.<br> Thanks<br> Shaun Keuning<br>
