Account / Billing Queries - Rude Tele agent
Spoke to the most rude and obnotious agnet in your accounts and billing line. She didnt not even have the audacity to introuduce her name at the begining of the call and is busy having conversations with her collegue while on the phone with me. how proffesional.
Then decides to hang up the call?
