Accepted 2 co-payments -no refunds

My Dad was in hospital going for a procedure, i had a call from the hospital saying i need to make a co-payment before anything could be done. I found out today that this co-payment was also made by my medical aid, I have yet to be contacted by the hospital to rectify this.
