Abuse at Life Anncron Hospital

My Father is currently at Life Anncron hospital. He has cancer and can not stand up by himself. Because of a fall (at Anncron) he has to be visited by a neurologist and be hospitalized at Anncron. On a daily basis he is taken by my mother to Wilmed for the cancer treatment. He needs assistance to walk.

The nursing staff at Anncron is so rude and utterly disrespectful towards him. He has to ask several times for the container to urinate. Most of the time they ignore him. Because of this he had a few accidents. He cannot get up to retrieve the container himself. Because of the accidents the nursing staff them humiliates him and treat him even worse. But he DID ask for the container every time and they just ignore and walk away.

When he said that he is going to lay a complaint, they had the audacity to tell him that they will lay a complaint of ****. I am asking you, is this serious!!?? My Father is seriously ill and cannot even get up from the bed without assistance. Because of Covid-19 my mother isn't allowed in to assist him.

Must he just lay back and accept the mishandling and humiliation and threats!? This is not acceptable! For a institution claiming to be a member of the Life group, this is degrating the "Life" name and standards. How are the nursing staff allowed mishandling and abusing patients and threatens them with not just false but IMPOSSIBLE accusations like **** from an elderly man who can't even get up from bed by himself!?

Unacceptable!!
