I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that my 1 year old daughter was admitted to your hospital on Monday 16/11/2015 for Bilateral Grommets.<br> As a nurse I am well aware that Grommets is not a big procedure in the medical industry but as a mother it was a major event in my life!<br> The service and care we received at Life Wilgeheuwel was outstanding. From pre admission until discharge home I had nothing but superb treatment.<br> Your reception staff member Lawson did my preadmission on the Friday and admitted us on the Monday morning. He was efficient, pleasant and unbelievably helpful. I did not even wait 1 minute with my sick baby in reception on the Monday. He attended to us immediately.<br> The staff in the paediatric ward were skilled, caring, kept me informed regarding Isla's care and allowed me to be with her at all times. I have not a single complaint ? The unit was well staffed and very clearly well run. Your UM is doing an outstanding job.<br> Theatre staff were amazing. <br> I felt like we were in safe hands and for that I am extremely grateful.<br> <br> Please extend my thanks and appreciation to all your staff.<br>
