A sick woman receive bad treatment from the hospital

I was brought by ambulance to hospital with a very high blood pressure . On my arrival it was 199/118 , blood tests were done and apparently there was no problem with my vital organs. I spent the night at casualty and was released the next morning at 5 AM. By then I told a nurse that I was having an excruciating headache and she told me my file was closed and that she would try to organise me some asprin which she did. I was then asked to wait for whoever was coming to pick me up at the guest waiting area.

While I was waiting for my husband to come and collect me (seated at the guest waiting area), I felt the same way I did when I was brought to hospital. I then asked the nursing staff at casualties to check my vitals. The blood pressure at that moment was still high (180/114) and I asked the nursing sister if it was safe for me to go home in that condition, further indicating that I was scared I might get a stroke on my way back home.

I laboured under the impression that the hospital had released me after stabilising my BP but I thought wrong. I'm not a high blood pressure patient so I wouldn't know exactly how to handle myself. The nursing sister told me that there were people with conditions that are not manageable, that I should accept that I have a high blood pressure condition, go to town, get my prescription and learn to live with that condition since there's nothing more that the hospital could do for me.

My husband arrived at 10 AM, raised concerns about my condition with the same nursing sister but that didn't help either. We then asked if they could check my blood pressure and record it for us one last time before we left and they did. At that time it was 187/106. We went past town and got the prescription medicine.
