A bag and wedding ring that was not returned to me during a kidney stone removal at the Brenthurst life hospital.

I was having kidney stone removal, so had to go under anesthetic. Before I went into theater while setting up the drip a nurse noted I had a ring on my left hand. She said, it had to be removed before the procedure. She assured me it would be safe. When later after the procedure I rememberers my ring. It has sentimental value as is Welsh gold an my late grandmothers wedding ring. I straight away asked for it and no-one could find the theater nurse that was on duty that day. I then proceeded to find a decision maker to investigate for me but she has never got back to me with a follow up. I also had to leave a new over night bag in a locker that belongs to a travel set and is my son Tristan property, that was never returned to me. I obviously was groggy after the procedure. I don’t think the onus lies with me to return my belongings and am so upset with everything, please help, thankyou Cary Lee Cunningham
