Till today I have not received my refund. Looks like Jerry from accounts doesn't want with my money even though my medical aid paid for this ages ago

This is not fair, if it was me owing the hospital, I would’ve received calls from lawyers and many more. All I ask for is my money and I will never set foot in your hospital again. This is causing me distress and I’m going to hold you responsible when I have a mental breakdown. I want my money TODAY.

If you do not want to pay me just say so, then ill see what other measures to take because this is more than 10 working days.
