4 year old left in pain for over 2 hours at the emergency room

I have never in my entirety of motherhood gone to the emergency room with a four year old and waited for over 2 hours to be attended to by a doctor. I am in shock as I continue to wait for my 4 year old to be attended to. Life Flora you should be ashamed of your level of service. I have a burning desire to walk out of the hospital but my son is not well and he’ll obviously come first in my decision making. But I am disgusted by this level of service at such a highly esteemed hospital.
