I was a patient there previously was promptly assisted by Ms Felicia from case manager. I called in today and I was told she is no longer working there the lady who answered at case management was clueless did not understand a single thing I'm confused why a company of such magnitude will employ *********** people. Why such a established company let competent and capable staff member leave the company and be left with incompletent employee I will never comple back as a patient in this hospital
