12 months later after Medical payment I am still owing? Incompeted Staff

<p>So I keep on receiving sms's that I am owing Roseacres Hospital. I last went to the hospital in September 2015 and the claim was processed by my medical aid. I then called the number that is on your sms to enquire and the lady I spoke to asked for the refence number which I gave her and she said she doesnt know what I am talking about. Dont you people know what you are doing. This is not the first time that this is happening. Last time it was Lancet who contact me via SMS 8 months after visiting the hospital only to find out that the money was paid. I dont have time for your incompetence and your staff is even more useless since they also can not explain about the information you send when one calls. Stop waisting my time and do your jobs, you have all my contact details what more do you want????</p>
