Case managers of Life the Glynnwood incompetency

I have a dispute I already mentioned here before regarding being allowed to stay in hospital for a month without an Authorization from my medical aid. The case managers didn't check my case and advice me accordingly, now I have a huge bill of the hospital, dr's that attended me while I was there. After writing a review here Frieda Bronhorst from Glynnwood contacted me and promised to look in to the problem subsequently sort it out but its being 6months months and nothing has being done and no communication from her instead all those accounts have been handed over. I even went to see her in hospital and she promised me that it's been looked into. My medical aid has a letter confirming that no auth was given for that admission. My question is why was I admitted without an auth for a whole month? As far as I know a private hospitals will never admit a patient without an auth from your medical aid or payment upfront. I need this to be sorted out cos this wasn't my fault at all
