the spa ****** me

****************! i asked for a foot scrub and gel paint. they said they only do full pedi. i asked for a full pedi and paint. they said R380 for pedi and R130 for gel. i confirmed. after trying to book they said someone is only available at 4pm and they can no longer fit a pedi just clean cuticles and gel. i agreed. the lady did my gel paint very nice but i did my own cuticles as she said she cant do it. i took her cuticle cutter and did it myself. my feet are done regularly i dont have hectic cuticles so i dont know what "i cant do cuticles" means exactly. when i was done and went to pay they said whether they had time to do the pedi or not, the price remains the same. and made me pay R400. i said the lady gave me a seperate rate for pedi and a seperate price for gel. she never said gel and pedi price and 400. the lady who took my payment said "well the lady you spoke to was our spa manager and its impossible for her to make a mistake so theres something you didnt ask." i said call her here lets ask her what she said. she refused to call her saying its our spa manager she doesnt have to answer anything and made me pay 400 for just a GEL PAINT. they couldnt even clean my cuticles. i will never go there again and dont recommend it to anyone. if you find yourself there for half a service, insist on paying whats agreed to upfront so they don't cheat you. i asked for the menu and they told me its all out and they waiting for the printer, that they only had full package menus in stock. seems like a desperate attempt to make the days monetary target to me. less work fits more clients for higher prices
