super upset with ASPEN

I booked a birthday celebration for my dearest friend , Then had to ask 3 times for the invoice and after confirmation on Friday she was still questioned re payment today I am so upset as this person means the word to me and ASPEN messed up her whole afternoon , Note there is a quieter spa not even 5km away with similar services and the setting is not as industrial . ***
