Poor service with zero value for money

My girlfriend booked us in for very expensive couples back and foot massage. The the******s were friendly. Unfortunately my the******'s idea of a massage was to lean her forearms and weight on my back and rub in circular motions for the duration of the massage. The only time she used her fingers was to try message out what she thought were knots. This experience was rather painful. To add insult to injury, the the******s forgot to play music for the entire session we were there. We had massages in silence. Only after our massages did they figure out how to turn the music on. We also paid extra for a Jacuzzi bath, snacks and champagne. The bath was filthy and had a dirt ring round it. My girlfriend tried to hide this from me because she didn't want to make an issue of it. Further insulting was the half glass of champagne they brought us. Although the facilities are nice, the staff friendly, I would not recommend Life day spa to anyone who is looking for a complete and satisfying spa experience. I am left aggrieved and underwhelmed as the price of the treatment and couples room was downright expensive. I have been to many cheaper spas with far better the******s
