Poor Service, Booking incorrect & no apology!

I made an appt and an *********** phone operator made the booking, arrived and check in and waited for 45 mins before anyone bothered to ask about my appt - then told they are looking for a man, then the system apparently crashed when they made my booking etc the excuses continue and yet no apology from the confrontational manageress who discussed this matter in front of customers in the changing room - clueless customer service and overall joke!! I haven't been there for over a year due to inconsistent service and masseuses - my colleagues no longer frequent this spa either due to pushy sales from the******s so do yourself a favour and rather go to the Rosebank branch if u feel the need as Better overall service and expertise
