Overselling products and Rude Attitude

For Christmas my boyfriend got us a couples day at Life Day Spa in Century City, Cape Town. <br> <br> We had a great lunch experience however things started going pear shaped when we had the massage and facial in the couples room.<br> <br> First off I could not get my massage done because my the****** swore I had sun burn on my back and refused to give me the massage. In fact it was just discoloration. Instead she gave me a 5 minute head massage. The facial was the worst part.<br> <br> She spent a good 35-40 minutes of my TREATMENT time talking to me about how badly I needed to buy the products and how bad my skin is. She stopped the facial twice to tell me I needed the products. The other the****** did the same to my boyfriend. It's a different story if you're selling a product but overselling and taking time out of my treatment is ridiculous.<br> <br> At the end my boyfriend said he felt his the****** was massaging him inappropriately and when I told her he did not need the products because we're from America and they do not sell those products there. She ignored me and continued speaking to him. (He's too nice)<br> <br> Advice: Stop overselling the products. It's a Great Spa but the the******s are atrocious!
