Never use them again

I'm not complaining in order to get a free voucher - I am just complaing in order to warn people about how bad their service is. I had an issue with them in 2014. I had a voucher to the value of around 1500 to 1800 that was given to me as a gift (I don't know the exact amounts as it is all on my email and this was a long time ago). I then topped that up to around 600 or 800 for a couples spa voucher. I had endless issues as they issued me a voucher for something like 300 or so. After going back and forth, the SPA did not have a record of my transactions, the staff member had left, they switched managers. And at the end I was given a voucher for R1500, when I had gave them a 1800 voucher and still topped up more. So I actually lost around R1000 or so with them. I had never used the voucher as I was so upset about even visiting the SPA or speaking to anyone from there. At least I persuaded a few people along the way over the past few years NOT to use the services of Life Day Spa - the worst ever.
