Increase of charges after treatment was bought

I bought and paid in full for 4 mother's day treatment vouchers for my wife and 3 friends on 24 February 2015. <br> <br> When the ladies had finished their sessions at the Spa, they were told that they were being charged additional amounts as \the prices had gone up"(I think the additional charges that were levied was about R250 per person). <br> <br> The ladies did not pay but this was an absolutely disgusting thing to do and it was severely embarrassing for the ladies and even more embarrassing for me to hear that this happened.<br> <br> """
