despicable behaviour

Half way through a leg wax ****erally) which started late as the wax was not warm not because I was late, there was a knock on the door and I was asked to come back later to complete the wax as another client was waiting. I left with only half waxed! I am a client known to them and I will use every media and social media site for other people to rather use one of the abundant spas rather ! The manager on site promised to get back to me during the week! That won't help me complete a<br> Wax!
