Shocking beyond words!

I would definitely not recommend this establishment for a treat with friends. After spending a fortune on 3 packages for my friend's birthday celebration, we were highly disappointed. The reception staff were so rude, uninviting and kept telling us to be quiet only because we were trying to take some pics. We were super excited for our treats but their unprofessional, rude manner was completely and deliberately offputting, as though they did not want us there. The 'supposed' 45 minute massage became a short 30 min massage and we were rushed to the next treatment. After the manicures and pedicures, we were told that we could not use the sauna and had to wait for paint to dry. For goodness sake, do not advertise the sauna as free treat and then allocate pedis and manis before clients use it. Prioritise treatments for client benefit. I totally regret the ridiculous amount if money spent on this B-grade institution. A total embarassment to the Venue!
