Bad attitude - Refund

Really bad attitude and service received from the manager Lee regarding a refund.

My refund was requested and is in line with the refunds policy and the Consumer Rights Act yet I have to fight for my money when I initially came for a treatment and their Rasul chamber was problematic.

Really pathetic service and waste of time.
