<p>On the 16th of February 2017 I went to book for my learner's driving test and the system was offline, I went again today (21 February) in the morning at 7 and stood in the rain waiting to book but the system was still offline and they said there's nothing they can do because the system has been offline for a week and they don't know when the problem is going to be fixed.</p>
