Poor service

I have been trying to book a date for my license renewal with no luck since January 2021 till date, funny enough agencies at traffic department they always have date which cost R400. Meaning they temper with the system to make money which we don't have. Mr Mbalula please cancel the online system cos it does not work for us, since Jan.
